Puerto Vallarta

A few decades ago, Puerto Vallarta was a small fishing village; today, it’s one of Mexico’s finest resorts, welcoming tourists year-round. Splendid beaches, picturesque nature, and mountains whose peaks stretch into the sky—this panorama perfectly conducive to perfect relaxation.

The city is steeped in the atmosphere of antiquity, filled with snowy cottages with red roofs, cozy restaurants, and shopping malls. There are no noisy streets jammed with traffic and people always in a hurry; harmony and tranquility reign everywhere. The period from November to April is considered Indian Summer, and it’s always sunny during this time. Long rains begin in May, making beach rest impossible.

Most hotels and inns are located along the coast; every hotel has restaurants and shops, swimming pools, and entertainment complexes for children. The most prestigious and popular beach is Mismaloya, famous for the movie “The Night of the Iguana,” where several scenes were filmed. Puerto Vallarta is a real treasure for athletes and those who prefer an active pastime. There are numerous water attractions and underwater swimming activities. The beach area is very picturesque, so divers can see magnificent underwater mountains and sandy waterfalls.

  1. This is the best tour on the east coast! It was amazing how many places we visited and what great memories we made!

  2. This was not our first time going to here. It is a great place to shop not too far from New York. We took the bus from Port Authority and traveled through the countryside to get there.

  3. We always stay at here when in town. The location is great, staff is wonderful and we love the overall feel. Beautiful view from the here.
